Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited, a socially responsible organisation dedicated to nurturing the next generation, successfully hosted a career readiness workshop for Lions Clubs International Tseung Chui King College through the HKGCC Business – School Partnership Programme.
The workshop, held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, engaged 16 enthusiastic Secondary students from the college, equipping them with essential practical skills to prepare for their future careers.
Led by our Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, Peggy, the interactive session featured simulated real-world job interview experiences. Students received hands-on guidance to sharpen their communication skills, build confidence in professional environments, and gain a clearer understanding of how their academic learning aligns with industry expectations in today’s dynamic business landscape with AI influence. Through role-playing interviews and discussions on workplace readiness, participants bridged the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world employment demands.
