Reporting to the Vice President, Business Consultation of Supply Chain Solutions (SCS), this position is to achieve business objectives with dynamic winning teams. The position works with various stakeholders to create business opportunities, and to launch them successfully with excellent customer relationship management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Being creative to follow demands on business processes and platform design
  • Execute plans to meet SCS revenue and contribution margin
  • Manage customer relationship by account management to establish profound and sensible business opportunities alignment
  • Lead and analyse customer requirements on designing business solutions
  • Prepare various documents for business purposes but not limited to the customer requirements, specifications, process flow, payables and eceivables so that business opportunities can be completed according to SCS operating procedures
  • Plan for various system tests, and training for the users on SCS solutions
  • Prepare user manuals, training materials and sessions
  • Conduct reviews with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement for the subsequently implemented services

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Working with teams to develop and deploy solutions successfully for customers

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement and execute marketing campaigns aimed at achieving business and marketing objectives.
  • Organise ongoing ATL and BTL marketing campaigns to promote the Company’s products and solutions to target groups.
  • Drive branding efforts to enhance brand visibility, awareness, and engagement.

The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct professional outbound calls to introduce new products and solutions, secure customer interest for follow-up, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively make outbound calls to existing customers to promote new services and products not currently in use.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Performing analysis and design for systems to meet business needs.

  • Leading and monitoring other developers to ensure coding meets requirements.
  • Providing technical support to ensure systems function correctly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Job Specifications:
  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or similar credential.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in web application development.
  • Experience on web-based application using Java, Spring, Hibernate, Javascript, XML, Oracle / MySQL and J2EE.
  • Experience for frontend development using Javascript, React, jQuery, CSS, HTML.
  • Experience in Microservice development (RESTful API, Docker, API gateway, Redis, CI/CD) is an advantage.
  • Experience in Apache HTTP server and Tomcat configuration.
  • Familiar with Unix/Linux.
  • Good communication skill in liaising with various levels of users.
